We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Electrical Lineman to join our growing team for projects across the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both overhead and underground distribution systems and capable of working independently or as part of a crew in high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical power lines and distribution systems
• Climb poles and work at heights using bucket trucks, harnesses, and other PPE
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and job plans
• Perform energized and de-energized work using hot sticks and protective gear
• Safely operate equipment including digger derricks, cranes, and line trucks
• Inspect and test power lines, poles, and associated hardware for damage or wear
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company-specific safety standards
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, and work logs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lineman in electrical distribution
• Must have your own tools and climbing gear (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Class A or B CDL (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and be on-call as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
