Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the jamalullquran.com website (the “Service”) operated by Jamalull Quran Academy (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Main Terms of Service:-

We offer 3 days free trial to new students and no credit card required during trial lessons.
After the free trial class(es), it is up to students to start regular classes or not at Jamalull Quran Academy.
It is up to the student to choose the number of monthly classes and class hours.
Students are obliged to pay the monthly fees in advance.
Jamalull Quran Academy can change the teacher anytime on a student’s request if needed for better teaching purposes.
Students are not allowed to discuss any payment and contact details with their teacher. In case of any loss or damage, Jamalull Quran Academy will not be responsible.
If the assigned teacher resigns or terminated, a new teacher will be assigned and students are not allowed to stay in touch with the previous teacher. Jamalull Quran Academy will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future.
The fees of students can be varied according to the academy’s policies.
Jamalull quran Academy can increase/decrease fees of students with notice due to fluctuation in currency rates.
Jamalull Quran Academy can revise its Terms of Service at any time and those would be updated and added on the website as well.

Classes Attendance Policy:-

If a student is absent in any class without prior notice (except in case of emergency), the Academy or the assigned tutor is not obligated to provide an alternate class or reschedule the class.
If a student can’t attend the class, he/she must inform us at least 5 hrs before the class starts to be rearranged to another day to reschedule the class.
The teacher will reschedule any missed classes during the day of Eid (Adha) and Eid (Fitr), so you get your classes after Eid vacation.
If a teacher is late for the class or absent, the tutor will make up any missed time or class.
If a student missed a number of study hours, the teacher must arrange with the student to make up for these classes that have not been completed on any other suitable days.
Time is very important so students must be online in class time.
The tutor must be online for the class on time with no delays are accepted except for emergencies (like illness ..etc).
If the teacher is often late or misses his classes students can inform us and the admin of Jamalull Quran will provide the student with a new tutor.

Progress Reports:-

The teacher writes down all notes related to the student in summary reports so admin can send a student progress reports every 3 months.

We will ask our students for his rate and feedback to let us know if any inquiries or complaints and student feedback helps the admin to improve services.

Jamalull Quran Academy has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Jamalull Quran Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
